Michael Mueller This is one of the finest Australian albums of the past decade. It seems to float, but it's taut and sinewy. It reeks of space; external and internal. And the music is clever, emotive, bold and timelessly beautiful. In a fairer world, it would owned and loved by millions. Favorite track: Foundations.

Dr. Beaf On the first listen I found this album very polarising. I wondered what the initial vision for it was. Listen after listen it slowly grew on me; a further education in musical comprehension. It's like nothing I've heard before yet inherent in many farmiliar concepts before it. Snowden's vocal style is different and incredible (thinking Cordrazine's Cowan similarity). It's lush, intimate, atmospheric, shoegazy, alternative, dark and superb. Be patient, give it a chance, and revisit often with headphones.
